Our Story
Hearth & Crumb started as a passion project — a small kitchen, a lot of flour, and an obsession with getting the perfect crust on a sourdough loaf. That passion hasn't changed, just the scale.
Everything we bake uses locally sourced flour and seasonal ingredients. We don't use shortcuts, preservatives, or anything we can't pronounce.
What We Make
Our menu changes with the seasons. What doesn't change is the commitment to making everything by hand, every single morning before the sun comes up.
Come in for your morning coffee and leave with a loaf that'll last the week. Or don't — we won't judge if it's gone by afternoon.
